another victim

This bug was a tragic victim of the wheel of a guerney we were using in my Emergency Medical Technician class last fall. It was just ironic that while trying to save one victim, we caused another life form to become a victim. Sounds similar to the dilemna of trying to save the human race by using technology, but then through technology, causing other life forms to become extinct.

Here's a quote from Pink Floyd Guitarist Roger Waters that relates:

His comment is similar to this picture, in that as many of us (republicans & democrats) want positive change, and to help the world, some people's idea of helping the world (including religious institutions ideals) cause other people to become victims as well (i.e. religious bigotry).

If we want to really make a difference, and help the world, we must be aware of each other and try first and foremost to co-exist.
